The Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Kern County speaks for the best interest of abused and neglected children and youth in the juvenile court process, by training volunteers to advocate for their safety and well-being, in the courts, in schools, and in our community. Our movement requires the support of people who believe that children who have experienced abuse or neglect deserve the best chance in life. CASA of Kern County aims to provide a volunteer Advocate for every child who needs one. Serving every child is possible- but we can’t do it alone.
